  • Our designs are fan art reimaginations intended as artistic expression, not official merchandise.

3. Orders & Payments

  • By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.

  • Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment providers.

  • JTENTATION reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in case of fraud or incorrect information.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping details or external courier services.

  • Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance only.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product was defective or an error occurred on our part.

  • All designs sold by JTENTATION are original artistic interpretations (fan art).

  • We respect the intellectual property rights of all creators and make it clear that our products are independent artworks and not licensed merchandise.
